My Approach to Supervision
I offer qualities like active listening, honesty, congruence, warm regard, and respect. My therapeutic approach is adaptable to your individual needs, drawing from various models including person-centred, CBT, mindfulness, somatic work, ACT, and solution-focused therapy.
I have experience working with both adults and children, in both charity and private practice settings, and I specialize in supporting counsellors who work with neurodiverse individuals.
I’ll help you grow as a counsellor through self-reflective practice, ensuring you’re working ethically and guiding you on your counselling journey, whether you’re still qualifying or are already an experienced professional. I also enjoy working creatively—using art, drama, or sand play—to help you explore your client relationships, understand presenting problems, and deepen your insights.
Practical Details
Supervision appointments are one and a half hours in length, in accordance with BACP guidelines. My fee is £75, and I offer a discount for students.
“I work integratively, which means that I utilise a number of different theoretical modalities in tailoring a unique approach that best suits you in a creative way. I also use CBT techniques which are proven to be very effective and help overcome anxiety.“
What can I do for you?

I am here to listen, not to work miracles
I am here to help you discover what you are feeling, not to make things go away
I am here to help you identify your options, not to decide for you what you should do
I am here to discuss steps with you, not to take the steps for you
I am here to help you discover your own strengths, not to rescue you and leave you vulnerable
I am here to help you to discover that you can help yourself, not to take responsibility for you
I am here to help you to choose, not to make it unnecessary for you to make difficult choices
I am here to provide support for your change
